  • From personal experience I would stick with Sony's xplod system. But you really have no need for 2 subs, just pay a little bit more for a single sub, you can easily get subs pushing 2k watts and you will NOT need more than that!
  • i would go with JL Audio sub and JL Audio amp. out of all of the systems that i have had i perfer the JL Audio over anything else. most amps say one thing and push out less power than they are rated for. with JL Audio you get the true power that it says it pushes out. i have 2 12" JL Audio 12w0 4ohm that are 125 watt rms each in a dual sealed box with 1.25 cubic foot per sub. i have a JL Audio 250/1 mono amp that pushes 250 watts rms from 4 ohm to 1.5 ohm. it pushes the subs with the right amount of power and they slam hard. i mean they hit harder than most systems with 1,000 watts. in my eyes JL Audio is well worth the money and reproduce your music the way that you want to hear it. on a scale from 1-10 i would rate it 10+. no other system in my area can sound like mine and they all have higher watt systems. but there system is not rated for what it says it is. so the best system to get is the JL Audio. enough said. good luck on what you buy.
  • I use 2 Lanzar MAX124D subs and a boss audio GT2500 amp. It's not the top of the line but it thumps enough for me and is very affordable.
  • i have two 12in xplodes they are cheaper and they are great i have no problem with then and i like them a lot but it is a lot of bass and i rly do not have a need for it allif your want cheap i would say the xplode but if u want the best go wit jl audio and if u want u can always go with used but make sure the amp works and isnt fried i jst went threw that and it sucked
  • good old alpine both sub and amp,or though i have had pioneer 12 and power acoustic amp and people thought i had 2 15inch subs, the impp subs were classics i reckon.
