  • Got any friends in msn/yahoo that don't live near you? Ask them if they are willing to let you vent. I do that for some friends when they are having bad times.
  • Write it all down...every word you feel write it down. Keep doing it every time you need to vent. I am so sorry you are going through so much pain. Your doctor should know how much pain your in...you should not have to suffer like this.
  • Ever heard of Stretch Armstrong? See if a friend has one. You can take your anger out on Stretch. Pull his arms, pull his legs, smack him in the face. He will not fight back, but he will regain his composure. Your friends and family will thank you.
  • hey just so you know it is fine to get a counsler i have one, and trust me the are the best thing you could have you can vent you feelings to them and they will understand and can not tell anyone or they will lose their job. Hope it helps you
  • since you had the sergry im guessing that you havent been out too much. I find the best way to get out anger is to go for a long drive or get out into the woods if you can, make sure to go for a long time to that is the key
  • Write a nasty letter to whomever you want to vent to, then burn it or shred it. It will get the anger onto paper but without being harmful. Best wishes to you! :)
