What is or was this carnival ride that many kids used to refer to as the "Salt and Pepper Shaker"?

It was shaped like a missile, with a point at each end which were the cars. It would rotate like the ferris wheel, and the ends would also spin. They had one at West Point Park in Pennsylvania back in the early 1980's.
