I'm in the same situation as you. 4 1/2 months and all. I've been taking Tylenol, thats about all thats approved for us. Hope you feel better soon.

im not sure. i know you arent supposed to take anything when you are preggers so i would call your doctor

What really helps clear up the sinus' is Vicks vapor rub. You can put it on your chest and under your nose. I used it while pregnant and didn't even need much else. It's safe and works great.
