Should i just conform to my environment? I would have a better chance of getting laid if i went to druggy parties. It would be meaningless though. Is the post highschool world like this?

be smart and stay away from the sex and drugs. I think from my personal experiance i wished i would have stayed away from it. I love my son and all but school education is the most important thing. You will have time to goof off later. *be smart about that too.*

I guess that kinda scene attracts a certain type of person who is....erm...easier??!!?? to get into bed? I dont know. Maybe you could go to one of these hardcore parties for one time and see if you get lucky! hehe

Your on the right path and it sounds to me you have a good head on your shoulders. Don't be in rush to fit in with a group, they won't be there for you in a time of need. When you get older your friends will change according to your life style. Those who wish to engage in activities such as you mentioned, the end result can be found on the lower end of the pay scale...as a rule.

dont worry about it, trying to get laid is what will cause you to not get laid, i could give you loadsa tips on getting laid after high school (bars, clubs, parties, the park), not so sure about whilst in highschool cos i was usually the one throwing the "beer and drugs" parties so i never really had that problem. main thing to remember is dont ever worry about rejection, keep your cool, whats it gonna hurt if the girl in question turns you down. having said that dont just walk up to the nearest girl and ask for sex, there are certain ways of going about things especially if shes sober.

When I was in High School, my best friend got heavy into that scene with her boyfriend (who I nicknamed Appendix, due to the fact he was useless and I wanted him removed) and tried very hard to convince me to join her in it. I went to one of those parties. Once. And about fifteen minutes into it called my parents for a ride home. It was something about the fact that the party had only barely started, the basement was smoky, and the kids had all gathered off into groups: the ones who were just planning to make out and grope each other for the evening, the ones who were chain smoking regular cigarettes, the ones who were going to get high on various drugs and share them around, the ones who were just planning to get drunk and pass out and the ones in the back bedrooms, whose activities were obvious and noisy already... and a bit odd, considering there were multiple couples per room. If you're curious go to a party like that. Watch how happy those kids seem. Even the ones having the sex are miserable. Don't go there. As to having sex in other circumstances - better to hold off on it until you're sure of your partner, sure of yourself, and sure of your circumstances. Sex CAN mean something, as long as you don't throw it about like it's a beer can or a joint.

I started having sex in high school and I can tell you I was not into the party scene at all, as a matter of fact, my mother kept a pretty short leash on me. I wasn't sleeping around or anything, I had one boyfriend and he was the only person I had sex with throughout my high school years. But to focus on you now, don't get into the party scene and start doing all sorts of things that will get you into trouble just to be cool or to have sex. The right time will come for you, don't rush it.
