What is Myanmar's new capital city? Why did the military junta decide to move it there from Yangon?

the town of Pyinmana is the supposed new capital of Burma. The Junta claim the reason for it's moving is because of ease of transport and communications. Others say it is for superstitious reasons. Some say it is to keep the seat of government away from the people it serves/oppresses. While another line of thought is that the junta moved to a place where they are less open to foreign invasion.
