It depends on how you look at it. Is the "goodness" of an action determined by a maxim, that is, the action and the intent behind the doing of said action, with little to no regard as to whether the ends justify the means? Or, is the "goodness" of an action determined by the results, and whether the ends justify the means?

It is never ok to do something wrong. HOWEVER, on rare occasions, (such as in NAzi Germany, when Christians were asked if they were hiding Jews), there may be no choice but to lie. It is still wrong, but there is no way out. The wrong can be acknowledged later, when the crisis is over. However, these moments are rare, and in most cases, you can choose to do what is right without fear of reprisal.

If you evaluate the action to be morally or ethically wrong and you do it, you are being immoral or unethical. Then, from your viewpoint, if you were immoral or unethical, it was wrong. However, most actions are not black and white, right or wrong. And each action is a special case. If in general you think something is wrong, any specific instance might not be wrong.

Truth and your 'fact' is subjective. You could punch my girlfriend simply because you find her annoying, but I could find her to have the most beautiful personality that I've ever encountered. So in your eyes you may be justified, and for mine you're the most idiotic person I know. So is right? I'd say No for pretty much any situation since your 'truth' is subjective.

Hell yeah. Im the queen of good excuses, buts its not my fault, my mother raised me to be this way!

Why do you want to do something wrong? To help someone? To right a greater wrong? To exert your own way? To gain personally? Excuses (good, bad indifferent) explains that you don't want to be blamed for doing something wrong & is moot/irrelevant for the most part.

No. I separate 'reasons' and 'excuses'. A good reason may be acceptable, but an excuse is not.
-
Depends on what it is but and excuse does not make things right - a bit more understandable but what is wrong, is wrong. Have you done something?

There's no good excuse to do something wrong. If you knmow it's wrong, don't do it.
