  • You MAY have lost an engine mount. That's the first thing my mind popped up with while reading your question. It could also be a transmission issue, torque converter, horrible misfires in the engine, belt problems, etc. A vehicle is a finely balanced machine. One problem can lead to lots of vibration, so it's hard to pinpoint. Does it only happen while moving or all the time? If only when moving then it could be a wheel or axle issue. I would get it towed to avoid any further damage especially when you're unsure of the problem.
  • AUTO ZONE places like that have a oem computer gauge u can borrow at no charge to read the computer coe & then do a little research on the comp for the code this will help a lot too see what ur in for or up against. good luck
  • when you service engine light comes on that means that there is something wrong with the emmisions system. when it starts to flash they there is damage to you emmisions system. take to your dealer right away before you do some really bad damage to you tahoe.
