Slick roads from a sudden downpour is what caused the accident that almost(should have) killed Jim and me..so I dislike rain intensely, unless I am safe inside and warm..looking out at it. I'll go for the sunny day! :)

I LOVE a sunny, cold day. If you're dressed for it, it's quite beautiful and invigorating.

I go with the second one as bad as it sounds. The cold driving rain cuts through you like a knife.

Damp or wet is never fun if it's cold outside. But give me sun and even on a freezing cold day, it can be glorious outside. As long as the wind isn't blowing too hard.

The second choice for sure. Cold sunny days can be alot of fun! Think back to your childhood days of sledding and ice skating.
