Why do guys never fancy me,its always anyone else. I can imagine being single forever. I'm not desperate,just wanna know. I have been told a couple of times I am beautiful usually by girls or very very drunk men(alcoholics) but im not, Im ok looking. 5/10

Incidently, before we begin the character assination, there are an awful lot of people to meet out there (I should know, I went through bundles of them, most of whom found me to sarcastic I think. Before this era in my life, I was quite quiet and quite shy - consequently, I did not have the courage to say much where ever I was, no matter who I was with. A few years down the line and having grown a bit more confidence this all changed and I found that because I was relaxed (and therefore laughing and chatting etc), that unlike previous outings, loads of people talked to me and appeared to like me. The thing that makes you really attractive to others is your personality - people are drawn towards other people that laugh and are bubbly and seem happy with life. So you see, even if you are a 6ft stunner, you need more than just looks

• to get over and talking .......there may well be stacks who think you are quite lovely but do nothing about it. The trick is to make sure that you feel OK with yourself and happy with what you are and what you have - self acceptance in a realistic light is hard to do but if you can then you will find it acts as a buffer - if you like you, then somehow other peoples opinions just stop meaning anything much at all. All a bit touchy-feely I know and a lot of it comes with age. Incidently, the only time I ever get such a compliment is when the person saying it has eaten 45KG of Ecstasy tablets and then, they talk to traffic cones if one stands still for a while!
