I love it, but my own homemade is the best, so if you have to rely on store-bought, I can understand why you might not.

I love hummus. There are some that are better than others, naturally. The best hummus is homemade, but many stores carry delectable varieties of pre-made! YUM

I love it. My homemade stuff is a whole lot better than the store-bought stuff, but I'll still eat store-bought stuff if that's what's offered.

Ugh! I'll pass, thanks. I'm not really a dip person, and any dip made with a vegetable, even if I like the vegetable to begin with, I NEVER like.

- That is the one i purchased tonight there were several ones to choice from i got the one with the pine nuts it is really good i ate that with mixed raw vegetables for dinner,carrots,etc.

- You never know until you try if you will like something, the girl told me she mixes it up in her blender with more garlic and fresh lemon juice and it tastes really good just to give it a kick. I think that would go great w/rosted chicken and pita bread and a fresh roman salad and red onion and tomato,my idea next time:)

I don't think it's an acquired taste; I have yet to meet someone reasonable who doesn't like it. I make a mean Armenian hummus.

Some hummus is really good but I've had some that is pretty bad. Unfortunately for my husband his first hummus was bad so he doesn't want to try anymore.

I love it, but I grew up eating the stuff..along with dolma, pilav, beurak, baklava..being of Armenian heritage, that was our kind of food..along with Armenian cracker bread, greek olives, feta/string cheese, shish kebab, tabouli...darn it, now I'm hungry for all of that! :)

Acquired taste? I love it! It's one thing I'm not so good at making, but we have a great Greek place pretty close that makes great hummus as well as falaffel.

Anything that is based on starch and garlic is good in my book!
