No silly. His image isn't copy written. Wouldn't it violate the principals of communism to capitalize off such a thing anyway?

His face on T-Shirts is one of the best recognized and printed icons on the planet. But, a picture of his face was never entered as a trademark, a copyright, or whatever they call it. No one related to his is making any money. It is kind of weird when young left wing college students are asked these days about the picture they have printed on the shirt they are wearing during student protests and they honestly say that they have no idea who he is...it is just an anti-establishment statement that they are making. They now that whoever he is has something to do with being anti-capitalist, anti-American...but that's it. They are young and rebellious....but they have the depth of a pool.
