  • Um, from a theological standpoint, the conventional view is that God created all things good, but because of human nature (free will) we create an abscence of the good (i.e. sin). It's rather difficult to argue that there is a "who" that prevents us from God's good, aside from ourselves.

  • Um... not sure what God you're talking about, but most of creation that is possible is notably not prohibited from an empirical standpoint. If you are religious, perhaps this is a question you should address to your equivalent religious leader. For myself, I consider anything prohibited to be willfully prohibited myself at the recommendation of other prohibitions that may have been handed down by other institutions of men who deemed it necessary to be prohibitive assumedly for the greater good. For instance, I prohibited myself from cheesecake for a while. :-/
