  • most probably, your cable to the monitor isn't plugged in all the way. check the connection. If that doesn't work, go to Start>Run>Cmd (if your on windows) and type in 'chkdsk /f /r' (without the 'quotes'). than press 'y' (w/o 'quotes') then...the next time ur comp boots, it'll run chkdsk, which checks your cmp 4 bout an hour...but do this after u check the signal...
  • Just check your monitor's cable is plugged correctly or not this message is only shown when your cable connection of monitor is unplugged
