No and no. It's a mix of old superstition and modern bulls**t. Astronomer Carl Sagan once calculated that the gravitational attraction on a newborn baby is greater from the obstetrician than from any planet or star beyond the earth! At any rate, astrological claims fail all tests of scientific validity. It can be fun, however, if you don't take it seriously, and of course true believers always have their stories...
