No, I don't think it's okay to eat in a movie theatre at all - there's nothing more irritating than people rustling papers and slurping drinks when you're trying to listen to a film - eat before you go!

I do. And a candy store in our mall gives people a discount on their candy if they're going to the movies.

yeah. the only reason why movie theaters don't allow it is because all the money they make come from the concessions. you buying a movie ticket isn't making them any money.

I think it should be okay. They over charge. It should be fair market if they want people to buy their stuff. =/

Yeah. I've brought snacks into a movie theater with me. And, even vodka a couple of times. It's fun to stick it to The Man.

I think it's okay...but the theatre owners don't like it.

I bring in coffee and sometimes small snacks in my coat pockets. They allow mein with coffee because they don't sell it at my local theatres.
