They mean you are a true American who believes in your country, respects your flag, your laws, and the constitution. It means being willing to do as Kennedy said, " Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country," which many protestors and anti-establishment folks have forgotten. It means understanding that the sovereignty of your country is more important than "global" interests such as United Nations, and that keeping America strong and free is more important than anything else, because without America being both of those things, nothing else will soon exist around you.
