hard to answer with out specifics, but...! pick something they're good at, have them teach someone who isn't as good, but willing to learn. upon completion, positive reinforcement is given in the form of praise. one topic at a time, and they realize they're more apt then they thought. or teach them to bartend...but then they might turn out like me! woah... blossom!
