  • How long have you been having this pain, and where is it? My wife thought she had pulled something, when it was actually contractions. If it persists and you have no other reason to have a pulled muscle in that location, you might want to call a local ask-a-nurse.
  • Well it could actually be as straight forward as you've pulled a muscle... it happens. But, at 35 weeks pregnant I would advise you to go to your doctor anyway. Pregnancy is hard enough without having to contend with the worry of ''is something wrong?'' and the extra pain.
  • Your health and pregnacy is important. Any thing you have a question about ...and about this pain..needs to be talked over with your doctor. :)
  • If you are ever unsure of anything health related (especially during pregnancy) ask your doctor. It's better to ask them questions and have it be something non-serious and non-urgent than to not ask, and risk finding out about something that is serious and urgent. Please don't rely on us to help you out with something so important.
  • tis the entire right side of my stomach. But it is a cpnstant pain, not really contractionlike cramping.
  • Always go straight to the phone with any health questions, whether you are pregnant, or after the baby comes. You can talk to us about it later.
  • yep, call your doctor, or at least the "First Call" thing, it's 211 in Colorado. It's a call center of nurses who are able to answer medical questions without bothering your doctor or 911.
  • see your doctor immediately
  • if you have any abnormalitie and you are pregnant you should always see a doctor asap
