Agreed, almost never too late. I had a bully apologize to me for picking on me 20 years after the fact. I had already forgiven him but it meant a great deal to me and it seem to mean a great deal to him as well.

Nope ... Even if YEARS have past ; an apology always cleanes the heart and soul for the most part ... Sometimes it even brings back relationships that we thought were over and done with .... (speaking from experience)

NO, it's not. EVen if they don't want to accept the apology at least you know you tried to make amends. It's better than waiting until someone is dead and then regretting NOT apologizing.
