If humans came in three genders instead of two, and it took three people (1 of each gender) to perform intercourse and create a baby, what are some ideas for how our anatomy would be different?

I think one would have the sperm, one would have the eggs and one would have the womb. I'm not sure what the genders would be called though. The one with the womb wouldn't need an "outie" so they would be female. The other two would both need "outies" in order to get their stuff inside the one with the womb. You can't call them both male. Maybe the one with the sperm would be the male and the one with the eggs could be bi-male, or a-male, or something like that.
