A lot of fruits have nutritious peels. Pears, apples, potatos (doesn't taste good, but edible), etc. The most nutritious I'd say is the apple peel, because it holds over 90% of its nutrients. The flesh has very few nutrients, but tastes better.

Recent studies which can be researched on pubmed.com have shown that the mangosteen peel has the highest known concentration of xanthones, a phytonutrient that has undergone numerous experiments resulting in a variety of positive results for supporting health.

I'd think apples or pears would since you can eat them and not totally want to throw up.
