  • I noticed it on a sign at one of the local grocery markets.
  • No not yet but I am not surprised. of course if you go back far enough they did call them evergreens.
  • not yet.. but i am gonna see if i can get some others to start...hehehehe my brother and i started several things like that in the past... yo ucan quit using the term when you hear a stranger use it...lol the worst one we started? "you better be lucky" play on clint, used when you are arguing or you are telling someone no.... hada college kid from out of state use it in convenience store... only took 5 months for it to come back!
  • I think you should call them Christmas trees. The holiday has been known as Christmas for almost 2000 years. There is no reason to change it. PC is something that can be overdone if carried to extremes. Likewise, Christmas cards and Christmas decorations should also keep their current name.
  • I have never, and I hope I don't
  • Incredibly, yes. And it's ridiculous. The Christmas tree is a traditional symbol of Christmas, a Christian holiday. Get over it. Hannukah is a Jewish holiday. Kwanzaa is celebrated by African-Americans. Why do people get so intimidated by this? Yay for Hannuka, yay for Christmas, yay for Kwanzaa and all the other holidays and religions. Can't we celebrate differences rather than be turned into droids?
  • no. and im glad :)
  • No, I have never heard anything so ridiculous. Next, an Easter egg will become a Spring break egg. Maybe you can imagine a Muslim telling a Christian that Ramadan has been renamed just in case it offends some PC soccer moms.
  • Not yet, but I wouldn't be surprised. It's no different from changing "chairman" into "chairperson"
