It's cold outside and snowing....my mommy wants me to wear a coat. Is that a good idea?

As I keep telling my 9 y.o. YES, you need to wear a coat.

Its a good idea, but somehow kids and teenagers like to go without a coat. My advice grab a coat you will be warm.
