  • if they're bad enough, definitely.
  • You feel pain
  • Sometimes. I would get a naging pain and just thought it was because I drank something too cold or too hot. There were also times that I just would see the cavity when flossing. Other times, I don't know about it untill I see the dentist. That place is Horror! lol
  • I have a big cavity and it needs to be filled.
  • yah I have only had one cavity but i felt it especially when i drank realy cold liquids it was like a sharp pain it hurt or when i bit into something cold i felt the same thing
  • it depends on how big the cavity is. if it is large enough you will be able to tell when you eat something sticky (taffy, carmal, chocolate,) you will have a 'shocking' feeling in your tooth. cold water and hot water can sometimes bring out the 'shocking' sensation also.
  • If we get a toothache, plus it's often possible to see some of them - they make a brown patch on a tooth. Bad cavities will turn your teeth black and then about all you can do is have them taken out.
  • That's okay. I'm actually worried I have some cavities because I am afraid of going to dentists and could only afford to get them fixed in stages.
