My girlfriend dropped my PS3, now I can only play the game that's stuck in the unit, it won't eject, is their a manual eject?

try holding down the eject button for 10-20 seconds. this will force the game to eject the disc.

Well, what you need is a large knife, a cheese grater, and some sellotape. Get your girlfriends hand, and cut off her smallest finger. Then, using the cheese grater, slice the flesh off down to the bone, or ask her to, whichever is easiest. Then, repeat the process with another finger, preferably equally small. Take sticky tape, and tape the two fingers together. Make her then hold won the eject button for several hours, and if she lets go before you allow it, prod her with the fingers.

How bout bashing your g/f in the head with the ps3 maybe it'll eject the disc out of the intake manifold.

if u have a 40gb ps3 use the fan test. the disc should eject but theres a possiblity that ejecting it this way will turn out bad. the sped up fan could ignite the blu ray and fire it out causing it either to bore into a wall or ricochet and bore into your girls head like the cerebral bore and set her hair on fire.
