Why to ab'ers seem to have a tendancy to ask fairly complex questions like "i became a vegitarian three weeks ago and now i'm tired all the time-what do i do" and then clam up when a few relatively simple fact-finding questions are asked?

Because these are intellectually geared questions and some members rather enjoy a nice question from time to time that they find entertainingly challenging.

Because most of us are pretty stupid but we all have an opinion ;)

I find a lot of the questions pretty hard, ones like 'what do you like on your pork chops?' or 'what chocolate or candy bar would you like right now?' I ponder for a while and then give up.

That is the basis of this website. You can hop on, ask questions/opinions about a topic anonomously, get some feedback and you are done. Some keep coming back for social interaction, some enjoy debate, there is a little bit of everything here.

I can't ask questions on here won't let me otherwise i'd be me but that's the nature of the game. You hop ask hop off and then depending on whether they care about the answers determines whether they ever check the question.
