  • I once broke a tooth on a piece of Con-Agra Foods bacon that had a chip of bone in it. They sent me a check for 3,000 dollars to cover a cap and crown, but I still eat bacon.....and I'm sure alot of it comes from Con-Agra Foods;)
  • not a faulty one...but possibly from the same company.....but especially if I actually took legal action......but I think about alot of things I wouldn't actually do....
  • Of course I wouldn't. What for? I would just patronize its competitor and say: good riddance!
  • If I used legal representation against a company to get them to remedy a situation and they did, course I would "go back to using it". After all, why should they be punished endlessly when they acted to remedy the situation? That would be so petty!
  • Some legal actions can take up to 5 years to resolve. In the interim, I would probably get the product or service from one of the company in question competitors. I would never use that company again for anything because legal action is a pretty serious way of resolving a problem.
  • The company or the product? I'd give the company another chance as the product is the problem.
  • My initial reaction would be "No" however it depends on the problem and what the resolution was. If I had to go all the way to legal action to get resolution I think I wouldn't go back to using it, I'm not a fan of the legal system. As a side note, I had a customer service issue with a certain pizza company seven years ago... haven't ordered a pizza from them since even though they were our favorite pizza chain. That's ok Domino's is pretty good, so take that P-!
