the tights and big long shirts lots of kids wear it today and call it tights and dresses....but the kids you talk to are obviously starting a whole new trend and NOT repeating the 80s

I was still very young in the 80's so I don't remember much. But I do remember skorts, them ugly things. That is the 80's, right?

I loved leisure suits because I hate ties. Unfortunately they only lasted a couple seasons, but who knows? I saw a woman wearing one in Ukraine this year, and (contrary to your expectations, perhaps) Ukrainian women in the cities generally dress very well.

Everything in the 80's was great! The Music! The Fishnets! The off the sholder look! The big hair! EVERYTHING!!! LOVE THE 80'S!!!

When I was a child clothes wore out. Today's fabrics hardly ever wear out unless they are cotton. I don't wear often but have a few 80's things that are still good. A shortie mink stole my Mother gave me, a bright red long wool coat, a orange poppy designer nightgown I don't wear to sleep in, and a dress or two.

Since I have been a hard rock/heavy metal fan since before the 1980's, yes I would wear the jeans and t-shirts that I wore back then. But they wouldn't fit me now.

Huge hair,colorful clothes,shoulder pads,spandex.I wouldn't wear that today for fear of being hot-uhh I mean shot!
