You do realise it's supposed to smell? Not excessively obviously, but the scent is part of the deal. A better way to handle it (for future reference) would be to say "I'm going for a shower, care to join me?" And do the washing for her. If you tell her she stinks (even if it's true) she's fairly likely to go off the idea of having sex with you altogether.

You really should have approached the situation in a nicer way. Withholding sex from your girlfriend unless she does something is like withholding an ice cream cone from a 5 year old until he cleans his room. Unless you're dating a 5 year old, I suggest you start treating her like an adult.
