He gets 100's of emails every day, from his business associates. I am not the least bit interested in them. Besides, he is on his computer most of the time while he is home, and has a signature lock on it when he's not (as do I).
-
No. We genuinely do not care about each other's emails. Privacy is sacred.
-
NO! thats ridiculous we respect eachothers privacy. though at times i do catch him reading whatever may be on the screen... out of curiosity, i do the same.
-
no one cares to, for obvious reasons
-
my dads fionce does that i dont really like that she does that

My email would bore them to death unless the wanted to reply to a nice woman in South Africa who just wants to use my bank account for a while :-)

My wife never uses the computer so I have a free reign when it comes to reading emails.

Sometimes, for the sake of convenience. It's just easier to share, rather than try and explain. But normally, no. I have enough of my own email to read. You couldn't pay me to go wading through someone else's - significant other or not. As a general rule, it's important to respect another person's right to privacy. This includes email correspondence. I'd have a huge problem with someone who failed to grasp such a basic idea. That says, "Satisfying my curiosity is more important than trust and behaving honorably."

He doesn't use the computer so there aren't any of his to read and yes, it's okay if he reads mine, unless the person writing me were trying to tell me something confidential. But no, I don't mind him reading things. I don't have secrets. I don't think it's healthy for people to have secrets from each other.

We share, neither of us have anything nasty to hide from each other or anybody else for that matter. I'd share my e-mail account with anybody interested in seeing it. If a friend wants to satisfy their curiosity we'd still be friends in the morning because they wouldn't find anything nasty there to jepordize that bond.
-
not really. I am private but he isnt. i dont know. i just dont want him reading my things, thats all
-
I don't... I trust and respect him enough not too read his emails. He doesn't see a reason to read mine either.
