What they are detecting are things that shouldn't bother you and are sometimes helpful, like cookies, to impress you, so you want to buy the product. Tjey want you to buy the "Extra blocker Upgrade" or tell you "Your not protected without this $50 dollar bonus package!" But the others just find the real problems.

Its a marketing technique, the free software find things that arent there to scare you into buying a full version of the same product.
