I have a krazor cell phone and it does not hold a charge. Tried new battery and same thing. Does it continue to charge even after it says charge complete? It completes the charge in about 2 hours on the charger.

With ANY cell phone you should always let your phone get down to the last of it's batter before you charge it. If you start charging it when the battery isn't empty, it will "train" the battery not to hold a long charge. I charge mine once the battery meter turns red and starts beeping. It takes 2-3 hours to charge and can last me up to 3 days depending on how much I have talked on it or how many games/texting I have been doing.
