Well, first I'd consider which one produced the best results. Have you tried all of them?

My hair is very fine and very thin and I blow it dry first then use a flat iron. I have used a flat iron for about 6 years now and it hasnt ruined it at all. I do use a lot of conditioner though too.

get a flat iron that can change temps so you can have it on low heat. a good one is the smoothing iron by paul mitchell

A ceramic flat iron would be your best bet. Blow drying blows your hair cuticle so your hair is puffy, a flat iron will smooth it out and add shine. Make sure you use a thermal protective product. Flat Iron is better on your hair than a Blow Dryer.

First of all use a protection. Use delicate products for washing and use a protection such as serum or spray or even silk oil for the ends. And then i would recommend a ionic blowdrier and a ionic straightner.

ther is this thing called the instyler it gives your hair body and bounce you can also curl, straiten,on do any thing!!!!go to getinstyler.com

I suggest a flat iron that for one is rounded to ensure safety from burning yourself, and secondly one that can reach high temps in case you encounter thick naturally curly hair. p.s. This will also work for people who have hair that was permed at least one year ago.
