I can still strip and re-assemble a M16A2 in a minute.

I can field strip a colt .45 automatic in 15 seconds blindfolded. I have done it in 11 seconds but 15 is my average.

I can take my bar apart in less than 25 sec, I can take my 7mm rem mag apart in 5 sec, It really is not that hard if you do it enough and there really is not much to a BAR or the 7mm

I think I can still do an M-60 and M-2, definitely an M-16 but I can't remember the M1911. I must have cleaned hundreds of all of them....:-(.

I haven't timed myself in a long time. At 13, I could strip a .22 semi-automatic Luger fast enough to satisfy a Master Gunnery Sargent.

I can field strip a C7, a C9, C6, a 50 calibre machine gun, and probably a few others I cannot think of at the moment. I would probably need a refresher course to be able to do so, I have not done this in many years.

WhenI was in high school, at a school that had a Junior ROTC unit, I taught a class on the M-1 Garand. I could field strip it blindfolded but never tried for a particular time. Too many years ago on that one.

Can strip a R1,R4,AK47 and a R5. On average I used to be able to strip and put them back together in 42 seconds.

I can field strip an M1 garand in under ten seconds ( just tried it and it took me about 4), and I K98 in about the same time.

M-16A2/A4/M4: less then 1 min (including buffer and spring)(broken down to firing pin) M249: less then 2 min (Para-SAW or long barrel)(broken down to gas tube and buffer spring) M-9: less then 20 Sec M240G: Less then 1 Min (No Tripod or T.&E.)(to gas Reg. and spring) M2: Less then 2 Min (No adjust Head space or Timing)(No Tripod or T.&E.) Benelli M4 Super 90: Less then 2 Min Mossberg 500: less then 2 min MK19: 3 min (No Tripod or T.&E.) We used to race... with and with-out blindfolds. *Times listed are without blindfold.

I can field strip •AR-15 •M9 •Glock17 •Ruger 22/45 •Benelli M3S90 and a few various others. I haven't timed any of them.

I can still strip an M16 blindfolded never timed myself.
