Stand back-if you are in a hotel room, with lets say someone very similar to "mike tyson"(it has NOTHING to do with race-everything to do with history)-and you end up having very rough, and some unwanted sexual acts-do you bear any responsibility?

Not if it was against your will. "Unwanted sexual acts" are often called rape. If one has been raped, you bare no responsibility.

Only if I had not communicated the sexual acts were unwanted. If I had gone along but didn't ever say anything, I would bare some responsibility, otherwise what you speak of is called rape and it should be reported.

Not unless I had been yelling "keep it coming, Big Boy" would I bear any responsibility. No means NO - no matter where it happens. Just because it's in a hotel room doesn't make it any less rape.

I am not going to a hotel room with a guy that I do not know and trust. Period. Do I think that if a woman goes up to an unknown man's hotel room that she deserves whatever happens to her? No. Violence in any manner is not acceptable but come on.. hold on to your credibility by making smarter decisions than trying to defend yourself against a scenerio where you are in an intimate setting with the accused. No does mean no but Man + Woman + Hotel room and they are not friends or know each other well in a planned setting and you are setting yourself up for something to possibly happen with no witnesses. Being dumb SHOULD be a crime =X

yeah sure. I mean if you know that i guy has been said to have rapped women before than it is your responsibility not to go into hotel rooms with him....good question by the way
