Would you call someone a loser if they didn't play golf every chance they could if others were doing so? No. It's basically the same thing. That person may not be comfortable to drink or party, and that is totally fine. Nobody should judge a person's opinion. The choice they are making should be accepted kindly.
-
Not at all if somebody chooses to be different that that is their business.
-
Never...that shows a high level of maturity and responsibility....I would say well done for not conforming to peer pressure :)
-
No. A loser would cave in to the peer pressure and do what everyone else was doing and not have the courage to stand on their own.
-
To do that I would have to consider myself a loser. And I don't.
-
I might be more prone to thinking someone was a real loser if they felt they had to go out each night or weekend and drink and party. Losers to me do what everyone else does without thinking for themselves, just like sheep following one another over the cliff and drowning in the river because all the other sheep said come on, let's go.
-
No, I use to party twice a week or so, but since I've been working & going to school & renting my own home, I've found it impossible to find ANY time to party.
-
No. I'd consider them smart ; )
-
No, I'd think they were a winner because they didn't do something "just because everyone else" was doing it. People should never do something unless it's what they would really like to do.
-
NO WAY!! I really drinking and partying a whole lot when I turned 21... And a lot of people my age are just starting there partying and such... But me and my friends are focusing more on becoming healthy and travelling and such... I want to see the world sober most of the time... I still drink and party... but only with my close friends every once in a while... Mostly special occasions... No... I wouldn't consider them a loser!!
-
No. Who cares what other people their age were doing? I like to party and drink, but I see nothing wrong with not wanting to.
-
You will find that the "loser" that chooses to avoid these activities will end up winning in the end. If all the people their age were jumping of a bridge, should they do likewise? Don't be a sheep. Be a wolf. Mark your own trail.
-
No I would consider that person more intelligent and more well adjusted than "everybody else".
-
How about I'd probably consider them responsible and mature.
