which are you on about?

"Which" implies a choice...if your question is open, "what" might be the better word to use (i.e. what do you like about yourself). When you have a choice, "which" is the ideal word (i.e. which is your favorite characteristic in dogs - cuteness, loyalty, mischeviousness).

Many people write as they speak and most of us are quite lazy about proper grammatical structure in spoken conversation. What would you rather have, somebody who mixes up what and which or a lot of cuz, da and ur? I know which I find easier to understand.

"Which" is a more complex word to form in common speech.

What people?

There are so many grammar mistakes on AB, what instead of which is minor compared to some of the others. I find it hilarious. I'm a speech therapist and besides articulation we also work on language issues, grammar is one of them! :)
