You could spay them and they could spend more time together in a big enough cage for two. Or they could play together in the house or yard. If they can see each other that is usually enough for company during the day and still give them the privacy they like. Give them toys and chew sticks and they are happy. You playing with them is also good company for them. In the wild, rabbits don't live together. They see each other in the eating areas but for the most part they just see other rabbits. When they are together a lot, they often fight, even the same sex rabbits. Spaying does wonders for them. It really changes that feeling in them that they have to fight for territory or breeding rights, or saving their babies. But they still don't have that human feeling like they need lots of company. They just need things to do which is where toys and exercise come in.

Galeanda has given some very good advice, and also you can keep their cages right next to each other. That way, they will each have their own space, yet not be alone.

I agree with Galeanda. I would do the same thing. It depends on how old they are too cuz as babies they could get along one day and then the next they could change cause hormones come into effect if they arent fixed and causes territory issues which is why they would fight to the death. Better to be safe than sorry. Keeping them in the same room where they can see each other is ok. My friend has four female bunnies and they are all caged together but are seperated. So they have the company of each other but have their own rooms so no one fights.
