wouldnt that be great? i think you can feel like that for moments even days........but reality sets in eventually.

Yes I absolutely believe that for every person on this planet, there's somebody else 'reserved' for them to be with. Sometimes they don't end up together in this life, [the other died too early, the other was reborn as the same sex, the other was born in a place too far away etc] but eventually, perhaps even in the next life, they will meet again.

I really wonder. I used to laugh at that term, until I was recently reunited with the first guy I ever fell in love with over 25 years ago. I have always felt differently about him. And even though I thought he died in a wreck over 15 years ago, I never stopped loving him or thinking about him. And now here he is back in my life unexpectedly after an interesting turn of events. We are both divorced with kids, (so we're able to date) and still feel the same for each other. Is it "soulmates" or is it just that God has honestly chosen someone for you, and you'll be together in His perfect time for the both of you. Sometimes, you just have to really sit back and wonder about these things. If soulmates are real, then Rory is mine. I'm complete just having him back in my life, even though he lives 7 hours away and I don't get to see him very often. I know that some day, some way, we'll be together. Otherwise, he wouldn't have come into my life again.
