Help answer this question below.

Could you get pregnant by using a tampon to keep sperm inside the uterus? How long would you keep the tampon in place?

    There would be little point. What is ejected is the carrier fluid and damaged sperm. Healthy sperm are quite capable of swimming "upstream" to their target without assistance.

    If you lie with a pillow under your pelvis and keep it elevated for 30 minutes it would produce the same effect you are trying to produce with the tampon and there would be no chance of the sperm going into the tampon.
