I have blue eyes as well. I find that gold, light brown, pink, and almost every other color works. a good idea is to take a blush and use that as eyeshadow. not only does it bring your eyes out but also your cheeks.

You may also want to try plum colors as well. They seem to deepen the amount of blue in a person's eyes. Another important thing for blue eyed people to do to bring out their eyes is a a nice lip color with lip liner. Believe it or not the lips bring out the brightness in blue eyes.
