I do not think so. your military GI benefits are set by Federal Law and bankruptcy should not have an effect on your benefits. Best bet is to contact your local office and ask this question.

Most likely no, although I don't know for sure. The reason I say this is becasue student loans are not dischargeable under BK law, so it seems unlikely that the GI education benefits would be lost as well.
