  • Boxty, with blackberry jam. I make it myself. It's an Irish recipe... basically potato pancakes. Really easy to make. . 1 mashed potato, one grated raw potato, mix it with one egg and a little flour and milk, and make little pancakes out of it. I fry them in butter. VERY good with applesauce or whatever jelly or jam you prefer
  • waffles. If you put a shot of raspberry schnapps in the batter, the alcohol will cook away but it'll leave a bit of raspberry flavour... nom nom nom.
  • French Toast. I can make it but don't. I also want to know what "Boxty" is. Always interested in new foods to try.
  • I can pour a bowl of cereal like nobody's business... ; )
  • Croissants. I would rather buy them.
  • Probably waffles, especially banana made with sour cream. I love adding walnuts and just a sprinkling of powdered sugar is all I need. We make them at home. We do all sorts of fancy breakfasts, like using croissant for French toast and stuffing them with strawberry cream cheese. That's another good breakfast!
  • Egg Foo Yung. Since very few Chinese Restaurants are open for breakfast (maybe in the big cities), it usually has to be bought the night before.
  • It is a toss up, crepes with strawberries or eggs Benedict. I make both of them better at home. Sadly I only do this a few times a year, I'm not a big breakfast eater.
  • Cereal. it's healthy, it's good and it's easy to make. Why not?
  • Eggs Royale ( eggs bendict with smoked salmon) and yes i make them myself. I was a breakfast cook for abotu 5 years and mine are fantastic! They are especially lovely with avocado and extra lemon in the hollandaise sauce.
  • Ice cream with brownie bites and chocklate everthing and bacon on the side. Ahhh... Bacon.
  • Omelettes, but I rarely eat breakfast.
