I was going to ask this same question. I usually function on 6 or a bit more but lately I've been sleeping close to 9. I was wondering if this was bad for me to be sleeping so much.

it matters how old you are the younger longer your should sleep i think the minimum is about 6 to 7hrs

8 hours, no more, no less! The Oracle has spoken! I usually sleep between 6 1/2 and 9. Between 7 1/2 and 9 feels best to me.
