Do you enjoy poetry, or do you find it a waste of time?

Poetry is beautiful. It is such creative writing! A good poem can remain in one's mind forever. Poetry is also very romantic and soothing to the soul.

It isn't something that I particularly enjoy. However, I would never call it a waste of time. I prefer short quips or witty comments.

Like all art forms, some I like some I don't. I adore first world war poetry. Sassoon and Wilfred Owen in particular. Dulce et decorum est is wonderful!

I really enjoy it. I use it as a form of therapy. Its a great outlet.

Do you mean reading it or writing it? It's as much a waste of time as listening to music or reading a book or taking a walk in the park.
