I would say tarragon but that is technically an herb, which I don't really consider a seasoning, and not a spice so I will say cumin.

I love garlic but prefer it freshly minced on a microplane. I often use thyme in savory dishes. I love soy sauce and fish sauce in Asian cooking.

Garlic, I'm Italian. My grandfather cooks dinner every Sunday and seriously, I could probably kill like 10 vampires with my breath alone when I walk out of there at the end of the night.

I use Lawrys seasoning salt on most bbq stuff.

Tie between cumin and spicy curry powder. We use garlic and onions all the time..of course salt and pepper. But being from an Armenian family, cumin is the single seasoning I remember being consistent in most dishes..I discovered the spicy curry powder only a few years ago. We use all kinds of spices and seasonings, but first and foremost cumin then spicy curry powder! :)
