If an apartment website states that there is High Speed Internet Available, does that mean I get free high speed Internet or it is available but I have to get an ISP?

I think it just means that the connections are already set up, so that when you do turn the service on, you won't have to pay someone for the installation.

Normally it means that a apartment complex is already setup with a single isp (so if your like me and despise comcast, your probably stuck with comcast)
