Trying to imagine a company that's unethical enough to make cigarettes, yet worries about things like animal testing. I doubt the two go together.

You are so right Avallach the two can't go together but i have good news for smokers with consciousness ''American spirit'' don't test on animals and that's the only cigarettes company that doesn't test on animals! Also the British Amarican tobacco company which owns Kent, Lucky strike and others can't test on animals because it's a british company and animal testing for cigarettes is banned in England but they did conduct experiments on rats in canada recently to try out some new cigarettes flavours! will these experiments go on? i have no idea! but no matter what your choice is, Stay away from Philip Morris they are officially Murderers! I totally agree with avallach and as we know cigarettes are not the only products tested on animals. If people care enough they won't buy em.

I have been a smoker for years. I also love animals, I am a dedicated vegetarian, soon to be vegan. When I found out that tobbaco corporations test on animals, I quickly stopped.

Well, Most tobacco companies test some products on lab mice. So? A lot of things that people take for granted are - for example, it would be hard to find an example of a medicine that isn't tested on lab mice.

to the person who said, "UM NO THEY DONT TEST ON ANIMALS, THEY JUST TEST ON MICE AND RATS," those are animals too you fucking dumbass! And no, they especially test them on dogs, making them inhale tobacco until they die of cancer, for no reason~! if you dont want to support this cruel, murderous system, then you should smoke AMERICAN SPIRIT. they have 25% more tobacco and are 100% organic. i never knew this, and its sick, i switched to american spirit tobacco straight away. animal testing and cruelty is sick and should be stopped! eurgggh
