Women have to sleep with a lot less instead of men who then become man-whores. I would gander at 8 men and up within a two year period of time.

There's no one number to answer that question, and I don't think it's about the number of guys anyway - it's about how "easy" she's perceived to be. Meaning if a guy invites you over for the first time and you're naked within a couple minutes, a whore you are.

From a girl: It definitely depends on your age. Under 21, Three or four should be the limit. 21-25, maybe 10? Over 25, 15.

If someone, intending to abide by these statistics, was trying to "pace themselves" as far as their number of partners, and assuming a person got married at around the age of 27-30 and lost their virginity at/around the national average (16 years old), around one sexual partner per year would allow you to end up in the ball park. This amount also allows you to account for being with someone for an extended period of time before sleeping with them (very important!!). Final decree: NO ONE can determine someone elses "whoredom". No one else can ever be privy to 100% of the details invoved in your actions, so as long as you are comfortable with your own actions you should not worry about the label "whore".

There are many labels out there that people put upon other people. NataliePie is correct, if you are comfortable with your decisions that you are making, then do not pay attention to any labels. Sticks and Stones, comes to mind. Remember, Names can't hurt you unless you let them. I have met many types (whores, sluts and other badgering names) of women in my day Not too many men will want someone who has had a large number of partners, other men will to get a "Quicky" off. A person should pace themselves. Sleeping with a different guy a month, will make the woman easy. Depending on the size of the town you might be in, those labels will pass around.

Well, it would depend if the person gets paid for doing it. If they do, then I would call them a whore. If not, then they would be a slut. Sluts don't get paid, they just sling it around. Back to your question though, the number is different for everyone. Some consider people whores/sluts if they sleep with 3-4, or even if they sleep with one person, but they are not married. My view is to sleep with who you want, when you want, and whenever you want. Who cares what others think as long as you are happy. A person shouldn't be ashamed of wanting or having sex.

too many people tend to think of sex as an everyday thing. Dont get me wrong, im not a bible thumper writing to tell how it is just meant for marriage, but i find that all too often people sleep with partners based on the wrong things. If a girl thinks that a guy will leave her if she "doesn't put out" then get rid of the sob because he isn't worth it. As well i find it funny how girls get labeled as a slut or whore where guys will compete with friends to see who has had more. My personal opinion is that anyone who has been with more then 5-10 or someone who ever had sex with no strings attached (aka a fu$@ buddy) would be a slut. But thats just my 24 year old male opinion

Lots of whores and male whores out there but most men use the term to describe women whose sexual behavior they do not approve of. My second EX caught me in an affair and promptly labeled me a whore; adultress yes, slut yes, but by no means a whore. I had a boyfriend who found out I was seeing someone else call me a whore. Get it right guys!

What's with the name calling? First, who you sleep with is your own private business. How are others to know? You sleeping around in the same family? Or maybe your girlfriends are spreading gossip? If so, then they are the ones I would call whores. Or perhaps you are perpetuating it by telling just your very best girlfriend who it was. If you sleep with a guy, keep it to yourself. It's your business alone. And if a guy tells, drop...and then find a way to get revenge. Bottom line, it's your own personal business and no one else's, so no opinions from anyone except yourself.
